Like a lot of women in midlife, life changed before I did. The future I’d imagined disappeared, and I found myself asking a question I hadn’t asked in years: If I could build the next chapter of my life on purpose, what did I want it to feel like?
I wasn't looking for a perfect life. I was looking for one that fit. LifeBliss grew out of that search.
It didn’t lead me to a perfect life. It led me to a more intentional one.
The surprising part wasn’t moving to the Caribbean. It was discovering that the little things I used to overlook were the things that made my days feel rich. An evening walk. Fresh fruit. Knowing my neighbors. Time outside. Feeling at home in my own choices.
Your version of that probably looks different than mine.
